|
One of the changes to the new Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC) states that “unfinished machines” previously known as IIB machines must be provided with an assembly manual. The assembly manual for an unfinished machine should contain all procedures necessary in order to enable correct assembly of the final machine without endangering health and safety. The residual risks emerging from the manufacturer’s risk assessment are also described. Also the safety facilities that the manufacturer still has to supply from the final machine either by hardware, software or information must be stated. ATG also has the knowledge and experience in-house for writing a good assembly manual for your unfinished machine. |
